6% Buyers Premium will apply for the real estate auction. Successful bidder responsible for a $10,000 deposit (cash, cashiers check, pre approved personal check) IMMEDIATELY following the auction at the signing of the sales contract with the balance due at closing. The escrow/closing period for this sale shall not exceed (45) days. Per diem at the rate of ($25) per day shall apply beginning on day 46, and continue through the date of closing. Buyer responsible for closing costs.
All items, both personal property AND the real estate, will be offered in AS-IS condition. Real Estate being sold subject to the county tax records/map.
